Testimony Sunday 01

Hello lovelies

If you are reading this on a Sunday evening then you are in the right place. If not, don’t worry you are still in the right place

Every day is a good day for a testimony

Me and my friend tikia decided to collaborate on this project of making Jesus famous

The same article features on her wellness and spirituality blog at tikiawithgrace.com

Our first entry explains why we are doing this. Enjoy 😉

You are not alone

I woke up late.I wasn’t able to make it to church that Sunday. Later in the afternoon,I decided to play some gospel music to get the Sunday vibe on.

I am those people who will listen to one song the whole day and all through the week.
I was playing testify by maverick City and my spirit became alive.

I started getting revelations of all the things God has done for me.

I started remembering all the times I was alone crying from the pains of this life.

This experience opened my eyes to the fact that I have never been alone.I drew strength and a lot of understanding from this moment.

I thought about how I have never lacked, how I used to be so reckless and angry but the lord Brought me out of that life.

I got a revelation of God’s love for me like never before.

I started sobbing and thinking how the devil is such a liar. I thought about the goodness of God in my life.

I started seeing all the love around me that I had never paid attention to.

In that moment I wanted the whole world to know how good God is and how much he loves us all.

I decide that every week at 3 after church on Sunday should be reflection time on how good God has been throughout the week.

And this is me putting to action what I believe the lord has led me to do.

And I invited a friend to walk this testifying Sunday road with me.

I hope as me and tikia share our testimonies others can also be inspired and we can start off the week in thanksgiving mode.

A testimony after glorifying God is another way to keep salvation in your mind. It removes fear and gives courage. Sharing your unique story of overcoming always reminds you and anyone who listens of how crises are just for a moment.

Choosing gratitude over discontentment, anxiety, regret and shame is the best and most fulfilling way to live.

Harvard health says In positive psychology research, gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness. Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships.

Even science agrees with Thanksgiving.

And that’s why I jumped on to this Bus with Gloria to remind us every Sunday of how good the Lord is. From the subtle things to the big unimaginable miracles.

A testimony is not only the things we say, the way we live our lives is a testament to unbelievers too.

So we get to share and also hold ourselves accountable to you and each other of our actions going forward.( what a way to live🤭🤭)

Paul says in 1 Peter 3:15-16

He says;

But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect, keeping a clear conscience, so that those who speak maliciously against your good behavior in Christ may be ashamed of their slander.”

Welcome to our First testimony Sunday.

I thank God for this platform he has given me and Gloria to glorify him and be reminded of his mighty hand in our lives.
We also bless the Lord for the Internet.

Until next Sunday.

Stay Grateful.

God perfects everything that concerns you.
