Oneness with All Life…

What comes to your mind when you think of the statement oneness with all life?

I took a trip to aristoc a famous bookstore in my country looking for one of the books for an assignment when I saw this book;

I must say adding this to my library was one of the best decision ever.

I found that the purpose of this book is to bring about a shift in consciousness. An awakening of the life before us.

Oneness With All Life highlights the most inspiring and beautiful insights from A New Earth another one of Eckart Tolle’s books. I listened to the audio version on youtube and that is probably what prompted to get oneness with all life.

While reading this book my experience as quoted ;

Tolle lifts the veil of fear that hangs over humanity, and shines an illuminating light that leads to happiness and health that every reader can follow.

In the book Tolle cites that the primary cause of unhappiness is never the situation but your thoughts about it.

It was liberating to realise how much power I have in controlling my view of life.

The book also stress the importance of being aware and awareness as a whole.

Awareness is the power that is concealed within the present moment. This is why we may also call it Presence.
The ultimate purpose of human existence, which is to say, your purpose, is to bring that power into this world.

I could keep going but then I want you to get your own experience. I highly recommend this book.

My favourite line in the book is ;

The ultimate truth of who you are is not I am this or I am that, but I Am.

Eckhart Tolle

This means I am unlimited.

For the question I asked at the beginning of the blog;

I think oneness with all life is being able to find balance amidst adversity, being present for every moment and taking charge of my mind.
